I started out doing mostly portraits and sports photography, I was honored to be invited to photograph a wedding one day, which started my interest in the world of wedding photography.
Wedding is one of the biggest day of your life, the day you’ve been waiting for since you met “your other half” and the day that have been dreaming of most of your life. I know what it’s like to search for the perfect wedding photographer. It’s a lot of work and one that should not be taken lightly. After all, the preparation does take a long time, but the wedding day usually goes by so fast before you notice. So what’s left to remember?
Wedding have many ‘moments’ that comprise the perfect wedding day story. I photograph because every moment has its own little story to tell. Delivering the images that you deserve so you treasure your day over and over throughout your lifetime is my main goal. Images created on that special day will form the cornerstone of family memories for years to come. I am privilege to be so closely involved in the most important day in the lives of so many couples.
I am not conformed to the more traditional photographic practices. I have my unique style when photographing the touching and special moments of a wedding. My style of photography is photojournalistic and reportorial; it is an elusive and challenging process of making powerful pictures that reveal the truth of the moment. I do not use a tripod. Instead, I mix in amongst the wedding day action, not controlling it. I sense, anticipate and capture the emotions of the day as it unfolds without intruding on the moment. Ultimately I strive to create a relaxed atmosphere so
that you will feel comfortable and have fun in front of the camera. Resulting in natural photos that are filled with personality and as unique as you are.
Using my experience in sports photography which things happen in split seconds, and combing the art of seeing photographically, I craft images that visually impacts viewer and enables them to relive the joy of the wedding day every time when they look at the photographs.
The end result will tell “your” story from the buttoning of the dress to the cutting of the cake, and allow even those who could not make it to your wedding to capture its emotion and style. You’ll find that I am very energetic and passionate about photography, and have an eye for the “small things” that others might miss. I am inspired by the world around me and the wonderful people in my life.
