This last Saturday, I was really honored to be invited by EB Entertainment Group, Inc. to shoot the Fashion Rock Show Live event in Gaslamp Long Beach. What’s better than awesome music, great designers and amazing models. 2 rock bands, 30 models and 4 designers all on one stage.

Idris contacted me after seeing the images we had from the last spontaneous photo shoot in Downtown Los Angeles, asking for some head shots for this upcoming music album. Last week, after moving and changing the time for a few times, we finally got to meet and we did a quick 20 minutes shoot. The weather was awesome, other than it was burning hot, but all it matters are we got some cool shots. Wish him all the best with this first release.

After 3 weeks of planning and coordination, we finally made it last Sunday and rocked this awesome photo shoot. Eric Book from EB Entertainment Group, Inc. first found me through a photo shoot two months back, we then started to discuss future collaboration opportunities. Three weeks ago, I got to meet with Eric in person and we discussed about setting up a high fashion photo shoot. End result? We gathered a group of very talented photographers, make-up, hair and photo stylist and made this happened.

We met at Cecil Hotel early in the morning for make-up and hair, then we headed out to multiple locations around Downtown Los Angeles for the shoot. Cecil Hotel is something that I wouldn’t forget in my life. There is no bathroom in the room, this is the only hotel here that still have shared bathrooms outside in the hallway that I know of, what an experience. We shot till sunset that day and we headed to Little Tokyo The Far Bar to have dinner and watched the Lakers game. It was such an awesome day, everyone had so much fun, so looking forward to the next shoot.

I got to give special thanks to all the people that worked so hard for this event, without them, we would not have such a great shootout.

This was totally unplanned. Idris came up to us while we were hanging out outside Cecil Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles yesterday waiting for the models getting ready for a photo shoot we planned for. He told us that he is going to release an album soon and he is missing a cover shot, so there we are with all our cameras, we did it for him.

Last Saturday night, I got to shoot the rehearsal of another great event, French Dressing by Gateway Performance Series. Internationally renowned violinist Jacques Israelievitch is one of the most distinguished performing artists in North America and abroad, giving concerts, teaching, and conducting regularly throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Born in Cannes, France and currently residing in Toronto, Canada, Mr. Israelievitch is made his solo debut on French National Radio at the age of eleven, graduated from the Paris Conservatory with three first prizes at just sixteen and was subsequently a prizewinner at the International Paganini Competition.

He is joined by pianist Kanae Matsumoto, whose performance was described as “unfailingly crisp, warm and sensitive” by Showtime Magazine. The program contains pieces influenced by French Impressionism and American jazz: full of colors, rhythm, and fun!

Efren Beltran, is an experienced High Fashion Photographer based in Southern California. His work is unique, yet edge. It is truly a great learning experience to shoot hands-on with Efren to see how he combines the use of shadow and light to create dynamic images that pops. You definitely want to take sometime to check out his website, I guarantee it will WOW you.

The pictures captured on the wedding day are only part of what I envision. To fully tell the story of the day through my eyes, you got to have these amazing albums. I design every single album from scratch, so it is always unique to the way want it. You really have to feel it in person to truly appreciate the craftsmanship and quality of these albums, pictures just don’t do it justice.

All albums will be wrapped nicely in a box. This studio album is one of the biggest size album I offer, 14 by 11 inches. It is huge and it weights like 15 lbs.

For this studio album, I have picked aquadisiac as the main leather and bomber jacket as the accent material.

Square spines shown here, offers more flexibility. Round spines are also available which offer more stability.

The pages are about 1/16th of an inch thick to guarantee that it will last for years to come.

These albums lay flat with a creased print to create the panoramic look spreading across the full page spread.
